People of all fitness levels are welcome to enjoy a class experience like no other! Classes on Mondays at 6 PM CST, and Saturdays at 12 PM (noon) CST. Currently, $5 per class. (Follow N’spired Afrocise on Facebook for updates on class/schedule).
